The Appeals Committee

The Appeals Committee processes complaints against individual decisions and, following the conclusion of the Board, other complaints on behalf of the students as per the Act relating to universities and university colleges, § 5-1.

Members 2021–2025

The Board at the Norwegian Academy of Music have during the meeting of 16 June 2017, appointed the following members and vice members to the Appeals Committee for the period of 1 August 2021 until 31 July 2025:

Leader: Chirsti Erichsen Hurlen.

  • Inger-Lise Ulsrud (Gro Trondalen as deputy).
  • Bjørn Løken (Øivind Varkøy as deputy).

The Principal appoints student members and deputies for these each year consecutively, following nominations by The Student Committee (SUT).
