Strategy 2025

Strategy 2025 and the annual plans are our most important steering documents.

Engaged and Engaging

Strategy 2025 defines five main themes for the period 2015–2025. Each of these specifies a primary objective for the period and our goals from now until 2022.

These goals describe the objective in concrete terms, and indicate which measures must be given priority. The primary objective and the goals provide the basis for the annual plans with prioritised and quantifiable measures.

Revision of the strategy

I 2019 the oppdating of the strategy 2025 finished, and NMH started the revise of the professional position plan.
