On 22 April 2020, the Norwegian Academy of Music’s Research and Development Committee adopted guidelines for handling possible breaches of recognised research ethics standards. These guidelines are based on current guidelines from the Research Integrity Committee (“Redelighetsutvalget”). The goal is always to resolve cases at the lowest possible level. If it is not possible to resolve a case locally at the institution itself, the NMH may present the case to the Research Integrity Committee.
