The deadline for applying for additional R&D resources for the academic year 2024–2025 is January 19th 2024 at 3 PM. This year, you can apply for extra R&D resources within three different categories. You can select one or more of these categories that you wish to apply for in the application form.

Additional R&D resources are announced in December for the coming academic year, and are strategic funds for R&D work at the institution. The decision on the distribution is made by the principal following a recommendation from the Research and Development Committee. Evaluation and priorities
Applications for additional R&D resources should be submitted digitally using the electronic form. The R&D committee will evaluate the applications. The process will be chaired by the vice-principal for research and development in collaboration with the R&D committee, centre directors and relevant department heads.
All applications will receive an overall score (2, 1, 0). Outstanding projects/applications (highest score) will be recommended for additional R&D resources. The R&D committee will submit its recommendations to the principal, who makes the final decision.
We will be giving priority to projects that demonstrate artistic and scientific courage and innovation.
