Staff Assembly August 2026

How will NMH look a few years into the future? About the same as now? Will we need to prioritize more strictly while maintaining our strong position as "The Music Academy for the Entire Country" – in both quality and breadth?

This is one of the questions we will discuss on the shared day, Thursday, 20 August. At the same time, we will dedicate ample time to topics that are a bit more immediate: We will get to know the new ethical guidelines and the new action plan for R&D, see examples of new R&D and strategic projects, and reflect on our work with diversity.

And, of course, there will be musical and artistic performances, as well as opportunities to meet new and current colleagues.
