Students, colleagues: Listen up! We are so fortunate to be able to influence each other into making more sustainable choices for the Earth, for each other, and for the generations to come.
Make 2022 a More Eco-Friendly Year
Happy new, environmentally friendly year! Here are a few, small measures you can take for a green NMH.
Small measures
For 2022, I recommend that you start with the small changes.
Here are a few, simple things to begin with:
- Bring your own travel mug and water bottle! Some cafés give you a coffee discount when you bring your own cup.
- Download your music sheets on a tablet or a computer, instead of printing them out.
- Take the train when you and your music set out to conquer the world.
- Use the tram, the t-bane, your legs, a bike, or skis to get from A to B in the city.
- Challenge your friends to not waste any food for four weeks, or to go two months with no shopping?
Join the work for change! It is fun, revitalizing and constructive.

– If you see me in the hallway or the canteen, I can give you the recipe for a really good, vegan lentil stew, or other dishes to make for your friends.
– If you want a good and relevant movie or book, check out “Don’t Look Up” on Netflix, or read “Den grønne øya” by Gert Nygårdshaug (Norwegian).
