Universal design of ICT is about creating solutions that are necessary for some but great for everyone. By following the accessibility requirements, we can ensure that as many people as possible may independently access our information. Universal design of ICT is shortened UD-ICT and is often called accessibility.
Making a document accessible for all is a requirement for files going on our websites and part of working with document processing and teaching materials. Below you will find guides on making various documents universally designed and tips to publishing on our websites accessibly.
Both our internal and external websites have to be 100 per cent universally designed. The requirements apply to all of NMH's websites – including websites hosted outside of Craft CMS.
