IN.TUNE will hold a professional development course for teachers at the eight IN.TUNE institutions (intune-alliance.eu) in the coming academic year. The course will have two physical meetings in The Hague and four digital meetings.
Who can apply?
The course is for anyone teaching in higher music education. Three participants from NMH are available for the coming academic year.
Course Content
The course is made after the template of the Artist as Teacher course that the conservatory in The Hague has been running for over 10 years already for its teachers. The course is centred around the participant's experiences, trying out, and reflecting on their practice. Themes include teacher roles, power relations, musician health, feedback and assessment, motivation, ownership, etc.
How to apply
The deadline to apply is 28 August. You must speak to your subject section leader before you apply.

Dates
If you apply, you are obliged to follow the course on all the set collections:
- Collections 1, 2, and 3 take place on 22-23 November – physical meeting at the Conservatory in The Hague
- Collection 4 takes place on 31 January, 10:00-13:00 – digitally
- Collection 5 takes place on 7 February, 10:00-13:00 – digitally
- Collection 6 takes place on 7 March, 10:00-13:00 – digitally
- Collection 7 takes place on 28 March, 10:00-13:00 – digitally
- Collections 8, 9, and 10 take place on 4-5 April – physical meeting at the Conservatory in The Hague
