Designed for teaching staff from the eight IN.TUNE institutions, the course brings colleagues together to explore teaching practices, coaching strategies, feedback and assessment, sustainable career paths, and how we learn. Emphasis is on peer learning, with formats like intervision, mutual lesson visits, and reflective practice.
The programme combines in-person sessions at the Royal Conservatoire The Hague with online meetings.
