The composer Eline Rafteseth will talk about her experiences with meditation groups and different pedagogical methods, and how she used and confronted some of those negative memories in the composition “How to Lose Oneself”, which was performed at the Borealis Festival in 2023.

Eline Rafteseth plays in the indie-jazz group Shakai, which released the album “Fragments” last year. She is also active in the bands Duesund, NH3 and Soft Noise Ensemble. Currently, she attending the Bergen conservatory as a master student.
