The event hosts are selected students who help execute various events organised by NMH. An event host should be present at all public events at NMH or in NMH's jurisdiction.
The producers in the production section coordinate the event hosts. Duty lists for the event hosts are set up monthly and are then final.
Event hosts are not waiters or sound or lighting technicians at our events but assist with various tasks in executing events. The tasks are categorised into 3 main areas:

Information and needs related to already agreed events are sent to the delegated producer by the 10th of the month before the event occurs.

Towards the end of the spring semester, positions as event hosts are advertised for the following academic year. The year you work as an event host, you must be a registered student at NMH. Keep an eye on the student web pages and internal newsletter (Etter noter on email) for announcements.
