The fellows explore understandings of both the concept of music and the concept of practice in different music research traditions. They examine their own research on music practice(s), and they investigate music practices from a socio-cultural perspective.
The result is eight presentations to which the public is invited: six presentation on the 21st October, and two presentation on the 23rd October. The presentations constitute the final documentation of the course Research on Music Practices, a program course of 4 ECTS. It is complusory for fellows following the PhD program in Music Research, and it is an elective for fellow in the PhD programme in Artistic Research.
