- 2 March: The board papers are sent out, first board consideration of the restructuring work.
- 9 March: Board proceedings. The board adopts primary priorities and measures.
- March–June: Work on implementing measures. Follow-up of the board's decisions on measures and internal information and involvement processes. New discussion with shop stewards.
- 8 June: New board proceedings.
